Social Events

A welcome dinner cocktail will be offered to all participants on the first evening (Tuesday, December 10^th, 8:30-10:00 pm) just after the public round table, in the Grands Echezeaux Hall of the Congress Center. In parallel, a poster session will be held. 

Among the social events a gala dinner* will also be organized at the Château de Marsannay Castle, located in the heart of the Burgundy wineyards, on the evening of Wednesday, December 11^th. Buses will be organized and leave around 7:00 pm from the Congress Palace. 

If you appreciate the wine served during the gala dinner, please note that you will benefit from a 10% discount on wine purchase if you wish to buy some bottles!

* This event is not included in registration fees: if you would like to participate, please select an extra ticket of 25€ excl. taxes (for a total cost of 86€), when you register to the congress.
