For the first time, the French Nanomedicine Society, SFNano, and the French national Competency Cluster in Nanoscience of CNRS, C'Nano, organize their annual meetings together.
The SFNano – C’Nano joint meeting 2019 aims at gathering the scientific communities in nanomedicine, nanotechnology and nanoscience, and will take place in Dijon from December 10th to 12th, 2019.
The program will include plenary lectures and parallel sessions on topics at the interface of various research areas: nanomaterials, nanobiology, nanophotonics, nanomedicine, nanochemistry, nano-engineering, nanosafer-by-design, nanocomposites and nanoplastics, nano-environment...

In addition, a poster session will be opened for contributions and an exhibition area will be organized for sponsors and partners. We will be pleased to welcome Olivier Spalla (Head of the Physical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, Energy Department) as well as Dominique Dunon-Bluteau (Head of the Biology-Health Department) from the French national research agency ANR, who will be present on a specific stand. A ceremony will be also organized to reward best PhD Thesis 2019 in nanoscience as well as best oral and poster presentations.
Last, two satellite events are scheduled during and just after the congress: a public roundtable about societal impacts of nanos on December 10th, and a master course on safer by design approach on December 13th.
This meeting is dedicated to all scientists in nanoscience, nanotechnology and nanomedicine, including academic and industrial researchers, engineers, PhD students, Post-docs, etc.
More than 450 participants from academia and industry registered to this meeting!!!
